Who are Sprint Renewables?
We are a renewable energy installation company, specialising in heat pumps, solar panels and EV charging. We work with homeowners, housing associations and councils to make the switch to clean energy as straightforward and affordable as possible, handling everything from initial survey through to government grant applications. Every install is carried out by our fully accredited team, and every customer gets the same standard we'd expect in our own homes.

How We Became Octopus Cosy Accredited
Octopus Energy don't just let anyone install their systems. To earn accreditation, installers must prove genuine expertise at every stage, from initial qualification through to a rigorous inspection process.
Qualified from the start
We came with an already proven background in plumbing, heating and electrical work — the non-negotiable foundation Octopus require.
Trained at an Octopus Energy centre
Our engineers completed specialist training at a dedicated Octopus facility, learning to install their specific low-carbon heating systems to their exact standards.
Five real-world installs
Before accreditation, every installer must complete five Octopus Cosy heat pump installations in the real world, no shortcuts.
Inspected and scored
Each of those five installs was independently inspected by Octopus's own technical team, assessing workmanship against their highest standards.

"Recently had an installation carried out by Sprint Renewables and have to say the service and experience was 1st class from start to finish. A full design was done on my property, and options explained on which heat pumps and locations for cylinders etc. The installers arrived bang on time, were respectful to my property making sure things were covered. They worked so hard and seemed to never stop. After the install I had an inspector attend to check all the work and explain everything again to me with regards to working the system. "Sprint Renewables fitted my air source heat pump system, solar panels and new radiators/extractor fans/vents and insulation. Every single tradesperson that I met was absolutely lovely. They did a great job installing everything with as minimal disruption as possible, and would always ask for my input before making a decision about where something was to be placed. I was given clear instructions on how to use the system, a list of contact numbers if I needed them, and have had a follow up visit to check the system over and to make sure I was happy with it. I cannot stress enough how nice all of the guys were, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!"

"This company took over a quote from a previous company with short notice. At a very difficult time when husband had been admitted to hospital. So majority of work done while I was not there. I came home every night to a clean home, all rubbish removed and taken away. Now 18 months later they are still at the end of the phone if I have a 'glitch' I don't understand. One hiccup with Vaillant ASHP. They came out next day (Friday) and had Vaillant engineer there Monday morning to fix it. Ensuring I had hot water over weekend by showing me how immersion worked (I had never needed it)"
